Nainital is blessed with a mix of seasons throughout the year. Situated within the Kumaon ranges of the Himalayas, its moderate weather makes it an ideal destination for tourists throughout the year. The winter season from November to February is chilly with heavy snowfalls. The minimum temperature goes below the freezing point and the maximum temperature goes merely till 15 degree Celsius.
